The water. It’s an ultimate getaway house designed to keep you relaxed and calm

THE IDEAS

The ideas came from the architect Frank Gehry.
Gehry was born in Frank Goldberg in Toronto, Canada, in 1929.
Frank Gehry moved to Los Angeles at an early age and completed his architectural education at the University of Southern California. Frank Gehry founded his own firm, and embarked on the design of a large variety of residential, commercial, office and institutional projects.
The Art Gallery of Ontario has 45,000 square metres of physical space,
Its collection includes more than 68,000 works spanning the 1st century to the present-day. It includes the world's largest collection of Canadian art, and also has an impressive collection of European art.
My Idea came to Me from Art Gallery of Ontario, I liked the glass facade he had designed and how its all open but I also wanted something not as complicated, but I also wanted to use glass and the idea of beach house came into mind, where it suited glass walls and luxury style living.
I wanted to change from the complexity of all the curves and complex shapes into a more simple but elegant look. also the fact that all buildings in the city is always have that rush feeling and crowdedness, I aimed for more calm and cooling place, so a beach house was what I was intending.

THE HOUSE

The glazing around the front of the house is designed for the purpose of facing the water,
Which allows sunlight and an interesting shadow? Also the view which is visible from inside the
House gives a more comfortable feel.
Its environmentally friendly design allows the natural light to flow through the house, and the high
Ceilings which lets the house stay cool
A two storey cement rendered beach house, 4 big bedrooms, 2
Bathrooms, entertainment room and 2 lounge rooms. Its a house set on the beach, designed to relax you and give you that space you need.
This multi-million dollar home which was transformed from a curved museum to a very straight walled home, with most of it glass to allow for the view and light to come in. Upstairs has a big balcony looking on the ocean, with enough room for any kind of party Downstairs is a very roomy and open area, a very large lounge room open to the kitchen and dining. The lounge facing the ocean with large glass wall giving it the relaxing feel.
